      Good pay great benefits. Company invests a lot in making the place safe to work.

      Cons

      A bit of disconnect between upper management and the shop floor. Bad communication.

      Good benefits, mostly nice people, constantly trying to improve as an employer, relatively diverse and multicultural teams, opportunities to travel abroad

      Cons

      Sometimes the number of meetings can become too much. It would probably be good to spend more time working directly with their teams and less time talking about it.
