      Pros

      Very fun and energetic environment. You are treated well and not micromanaged. Nobody is making you come into the office for 40 hrs a week. You are given the respect to work as much or little as you need so long as you are hitting your numbers.

      Cons

      Tons of meetings. Take up a lot of time. Some are very beneficial, others not so much.

      Pros

      Literally one of it's kind when you consider the location, the size of company, the velocity of growth and the opportunity for professional advancement. I was perfectly happy at my previous job. There were probably two places that could make me move and Podium was one of those places. I couldn't be happier that I made that choice. This place makes you grow. You never feel like you are the smartest person in the room and you are always pushing to get better at your job, and it is in an authentic way without the use of gimmicks or stupid pressure plays. People genuinely want to do good work and its infectious. I have never been in a place that does it like Podium does. The growth is astounding and it's cool to be a part of something that matters. The effect Podium has on local businesses is pretty profound and it's easy to see the success stories we create and feel good about it. My only regret is not getting here even earlier in my career.

      Cons

      Growth has a couple negatives, including lack of physical space. Office is really full, but the new building should be finished in August and that should fix that problem.

      Pros

      Great environment and even better people and colleagues. Fun and exciting place to be with a leading product at the right time.

      Cons

      Leadership is terrible.. Lots of retreads from other companies where their buddy's buddy worked therefore nepotism is rampant. VPs had no experience in their roles and related field so that made it difficult let alone impossible to be on the same page. Very political environment and high school at times. They cry culture and values but don't often show it themselves. Got fired out of nowhere for no reason while being the number 1 CSM. When asked for a reason the president of the company brought me in a room by myself and refused to give me a reason why -legally. Really weird and disheartening.
