Best Place I've Ever worked!

Pros

The people are so friendly. Everyone seems to know my name. Really interesting projects to work on in programming languages I love (Elixir, Ruby, JavaScript, etc...) The values are good and help keep us on course. I get a room with only 3 other engineers with a closing door which really helps keep the sound down. I'm treated like a senior engineer although I would normally be considered a junior elsewhere. Podium is like family.

Cons

Sometimes people are encouraged to work late, however it's unlimited PTO so you can make up for it pretty easily. Area is pretty expensive to live in but not nearly as bad as Silicon Valley obviously.

It is an exciting time to be at Podium. Culture is the number one for hiring, that has made an amazing workplace. Everyone is super helpful and friendly. The interview process honestly was pretty horrible for me, communication was lacking, but I absolutely couldn't be happier at Podium. I can be passionate about my work and know it makes a difference.

Cons

I have zero cons working here. They are making me write 20 words. One two three four five six seven

Pros

Great culture and environment. Opportunity to grow with the company. The product works and gets results so it makes everyone's job easy. Senior leadership has a good vision and helps motivate and keep everyone focused on the right goals. Great autonomy to get jobs done, no micro-managing.

Cons

Lehi's road system to the highway. If you're not a self-starter this isn't the place for you, sorry. Stocked kitchen and fridge, if you ain't first you're last.
