      Pros

      This is a great place to work. The team is awesome and gets what we're building here. The product is effective and our clients truly see value from Podium. I've worked for big and small companies and this is by far the best place I have been.

      Cons

      It's hard work to build something great. We work long hours and deal with the stress that comes with a start up. That said, everyone does this gracefully and try our best for a solid work/life balance.

      Pros

      There are many great things about Podium, but by and large the best part about this place is the people. Everyone here is dedicated to building an amazing company. There are no head-cases, people are sincere and hard working. I have never worked with a better team.

      Cons

      Not sure it is a con, but this is a start up, so be ready to work long hours.

      Pros

      Overall, a great place to work! Awesome co-workers, fun environment, challenging work, and an incredible company mission. Everyone seems to be pretty much on the same page which really seems to make daily work more meaningful. I've never worked at a company where everyone is so excited to go to work every day, but somehow at Podium, that exact thing happens. Highly recommend.

      Cons

      The free drinks, snacks, and lunches will sneak up on you, but other than that can't really think of any cons.
