      Excellent speech team to work with, great bonus, lots of resources for growth, CEUs, lots of support from staff and service providers, option to transfer to other schools or clinic if you want a change from non-public school setting

      Cons

      Behavior challenged population can be difficult at times, expensive health benefits, have to wait full year before accruing PTO

      Pros

      I liked my coworkers and being apart of helping kids.

      Cons

      Where do I begin, this place is the most unorganized company I have ever worked for in my life'. They hired a bunch of great employee’s and preached that there was tones of career growth and right before their first year probation, they fired all of them with absolutely no reason. And now they’re hiring recruiters again hahaha! This place doesn’t know up from down. The bonus structure is unrealistic and even when you do reach the goals they still laid me off soooo just some food for thought.
