Horrible and expensive benefit options, it is cheaper to pay for your own health insurance. They also decided to change the sick pay policy this year WITHOUT informing their employees. They deleted my sick balance and I now have to accrue sick time versus getting it at the beginning of the year as it always has been. There has been NO COMMUNICATION from HR or Payroll about these changes either.

Company claimed to be successful, and acquired more companies. But somehow they managed to go under and layed off lots of employees. Doesn’t make sense. They also kept changing their bonus structure every other week.
