-The management team is approachable and encourages lots of communication -Good work is praised and promotion within the company is quick -Working 1:1 with students with disabilities/behavioral issues -Participating in classroom activities, field trips -Building a meaningful relationship with students -Networking with people in professional positions such as Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, and School Administrators

Cons

-You will spend 99% of your job in the classroom. Do not forget to communicate with Point Quest management -Be ready and willing to handle high risk behaviors in a professional manner
