      Pros

      Open dialogue and problem solving with senior staff/management Hybrid work schedule Great people at all levels! If you need something to be successful, management will do their best to provide it!

      Cons

      Sometimes we run out of medium roast coffee pods, so I have to drink dark roast. That's probably the biggest hurdle of working here.
