Working with kids is fun and can be rewarding Teachers and staff in school can be very supportive

Isolating and lonely since as a sub you don't get to know everyone as you typically do in same workspaces

Growth Mindset Culture, overall not bad. However, after training I didn't have as much contact with Employer Point Quest as I was placed as an Aide in a Public School so most of my day to day experience was with that specific school.

Cons

Poor communication between coworkers in other departments. Onboarding was rocky, stuff falls through the cracks
