Professional Growth With Work Life Balance

Pros

Ability to grow professionally, competitive benefits(I.E. Medical, Vision, Dental, Retirement and Stock Sharing). The importance of work life balance is always the theme, relaxed still aggressive sales culture to help prompt career growth! The ability to be a part of a concept that provides hope for people who might not have had this option otherwise!

Cons

I really can't think of any cons, change is the only thing that will always remain constant. Working in the remote world can be an adjustment, the level of communication can be a challenge at times. Its impact to each persons ability to adapt to the change, but I would pick Point and my role 100 times again!

Pros

Great community, a positive environment. Everyone is helpful and friendly - I have all the support I need even as a remote employee. The technology and our process is always improving. Management really does care about what sales reps say and implements changes accordingly. It fees like my feedback makes a difference here. The dev team at Point constantly works to make it easier for me to exceed at my position.

Cons

We are so busy right now - which is not necessarily a bad thing.... The hiring team just needs to keep up with the amount of growth we've been seeing so we can keep our turnaround times shorter for customers. Overall I have very little to complain about!

Lots of transparency from top-down leadership. Everyone is eager to collaborate and share ideas. Great benefits and tons of room to grow.

Cons

Not for the person who is not comfortable with constant change. Lots of meetings. Needs work on DEI initiatives.
