Pros
Approachable, transparent and thoughtful leadership. I have enjoyed building with this team thus far and hope this experiences continues as we scale. The people I’ve been fortunate enough to work with are thoughtful, intelligent, and kind. Given the companies current stage of growth there are a plethora of opportunities for individual professional growth. It’s clear from the people/hr practices that the company cares about each employee as an individual. This is a high trust environment and working from home has allowed me to spent quality time with our children and be more involved in there after-school/extracurricular activities. -A culture of humility, low ego, we’re all in this together atmosphere. -Exciting time to be here given the current stage of growth and people/product roadmap. -Incredibly supportive and welcoming team to parents. -The energy within my day to day makes it easy to look forward to going (logging in) to work daily.
