Simply put, this is the best job I've ever had. I work with an amazing, driven, intelligent group of people that make me want to be the best possible version of myself professionally. I can genuinely say I'm friends with my coworkers. The work is interesting and engaging, and I'm constantly faced with new challenges and opportunities for growth and professional advancement. It would take all day to list how many valuable skills I've been able to add to my resume since I started here. Although the workload can be heavy, I always feel appreciated and supported. The transparency is unmatched, which has been particularly meaningful during these uncertain times. The leadership team is experienced, compassionate, hardworking, and humble. My manager is the best direct supervisor I've ever had, and I know that many of my coworkers on other teams would say the same about their managers.
