-Interactive and friendly team -Team events and engaging meetings -Supportive and understanding management -Great upward mobility -Work-life balance, able to take paid time off/vacation -Able to ride caltrain to work, benefits -Being able to provide a great solution for homeowners and helping people

Cons

-If you drive, the office commute can be lengthy depending on where you live (morning traffic in the area), but this can be solved by caltrain

Transparency, Great Leadership, Great Values, Schedule Flexibility, Unlimited PTO, and it feels like our voices are heard and valued.

Cons

I have to knit-pic to find any cons... There are no Per Unit Bonuses, though they are coming out with a performance based incentive plan. Some growing pains with being a start-up, but nothing too crazy.

- growth hindered by pandemic, but feels like we're well positioned to bounce back
