Pros

I've been at Point for about a year as an Account Manager. It is a company with a great culture and a lot of really bright people working there. Management is very open to your input and always asking for feedback on ways to improve. Great work/life balance.

Cons

Since it's a newer company, Point doesn't currently have all of the typical benefit perks like 401k matching, supplemental insurance.

Cons

Not many interesting benefits Office will be very cramped by the end of the year
