You definitely need to be a self-starter, at least on my team, but I have been with PCC for just over one year and have to say that it is the best company that I have ever worked with. I only wish I found this job at the beginning of my career! The people at PCC are some of the most intelligent around and management is progressive, enabling and positive. They truly encourage a work/life balance. Employees are provided with healthy, usually delicious lunches three days a week, extra vacation time (within reason) and the ability, in most positions, to work remotely.

PointClickCare's pace is crazy. But with this fast pace and growth, the management has always remained open to employee feedback on improvement and has also maintained a great company culture. The team environment, and "no hassle" approach internally and externally to our customers makes the challenging times worth it. You know the company has your back, and is trying to do the right thing for everyone.
