Pros

The corporate culture is what makes PointClickCare such a great company to work for. There are inspiring, forward-thinking people that you are surrounded by which creates a positive work life that gets you excited about going to work every morning. There are many positions to choose from especially with the growth of the company, and PointClickCare is open about potential opportunities for career growth. Unlike other companies of this size, there is a flat line of communication between upper level management and employees. Everyone is accessible which makes it easy to connect with many different people from many different departments.

Cons

I have not experienced any cons of working here.

Pros

PCC has built a culture in their workplace that considers personal growth. It has a fun but hardworking approach. The company continues to grow while the mindset has been consistant. It's a truly a great family to be a part of.

Cons

Busy office, cubical atmosphere that could be a challenge for some to focus.

Pros

Growing company. You can define your own niche and make the company better for it. New job positions created from niche being filled as company grows. Great work life balance policy as long as people don't abuse it.

Cons

When the company was smaller, quality people were in place. As it grew, the quality of people became to degrade. I'm calling out ex-Blackberry and Chrysler employees. You people participated in running decent companies into the ground, jumped ship or got laid off. What the heck does PCC want with you?! Unfortunately it starts when one bad employee comes in at a high position and starts to hire their friends and family and puts them in high positions.
