Best Company Culture I have ever worked in

Pros

PointClickCare has been by far the best company culture I have ever worked in. Everyone, no matter what level, is treated with the utmost respect. Everyone is approachable and helpful. Many companies preach the "work hard play hard" moto, but PointClickCare is the first place I have been that follows up on it. They have 2 gyms (one crossfit & one regular) onsite, catered lunches 3 times a week and dry cleaning services just to name a few perks.

Cons

To be honest I haven't come across any glaring issues. If anything I would like a bit more product training during the orientation process for the non technical roles such as myself

Pros

This is a company that lives up to their corporate values! Great work environment, fantastic team and alot of opportunities for job growth. Flexible work arrangements is also nice, They really value their employees and include many perks. People are very approachable even at senior manager level. I have been impressed with the working culture. Can see myself wanting to stay with this company for a while.

Cons

The company is fast growing so if you do not like fast paced or having to adapt to change, it might not be the place for you. The company is still building out new processes across the organization.

Pros

I am treated like an adult. As a mother of four children they have given me the flexibility and support I need to raise my family properly. Our culture starts at the top with Mike and Dave Wessinger. Both brothers are not only brilliant but funny, likable and truly genuine. They make you want to give nothing short of your all. I feel extremely blessed to be aboard this rocket ship. A+++

Cons

I work remotely so I miss out on the catered lunches, trainers and in house yoga classes!
