Pros

Really enjoy my manager, lots of room for personal growth, team members are really smart. Love doing purposeful work, that addresses a real business need. Great opportunity to try new things and push the envelope. Really like the vision of the CEO, his commitment and passion for the market. He really gets it. He thinks big.

Cons

Would like to see an increased focus on accountability and more process to help the company mature.

Code base is toxic and need to repair it ASAP. Should focus on refactoring code and adopting industry standard tech soon
