Just fine and nothing more

Pros

Perks like free lunch and on site gym, work life balance

Cons

Management, strategy, vision, execution... It looks like a car that each wheel rotates with a different speed and wants to go to a different direction. Rapid growth caused a lot of problem. Instead of paying attention to establishing processes in the organization, their focus is on JUST hiring new people. The company follows a BUY vs BUILD philosophy. The CTO, is just CTO because he is the brother of the CEO, not because of his qualifications and technical leadership skills.

Sometimes a true redesign is needed for a fix and not just band-aids (and then bigger band-aids).
