Growing almost too fast, some processes seem half baked Reactive instead of proactive.

No work life balance once you have been there awhile, they will continue to heap work on you, change their process to make things more confusing, realize it doesn’t work after a few months/year and then change everything again. No input sought from people doing the job. Higher ups make decisions to further their career advancement without benefits to client or staff. Most ideas end up being discarded after they are put into practice, they should pilot things more and get more input from those doing the job. Managers VERY unqualified for their positions, extremely unprofessional and immature. They DO NOT care about their employees, all good ratings are from employees who have been there a short time and do not know any better or have a connection to the company, a lot of nepotism and most people hired are related or friends of Managers.
