Pros

Great health plan and average dental plan. You get a day off for you birthday that you can take in the month your birthday is on. Working 12 hrs 3-4 days a week and getting 3-4 days off a week is great for work and life balance.

Cons

management doesn't care about improving safety health concerns for operators, instead they force employees to work faster then safe. When going through orientation the information you get from upstairs vs what you are forced to do in the FAB ( clean room ) are very misleading. You are told proper and safe procedures in your orientation but down on the floor the proper procedures will get you scolded by your team leads and management because its simply too slow and what they want is speed even if it costs you your health especially when your working around heavy chemicals. One huge issue about this company is that it uses bully tactics to force you to obey and stay silent about gross conduct about your team leads and management by threatening you about firing you and consistently harassing you through out the days even if you are performing optimal. They also lie to their customers ( toyota, continental, cryslery etc... ) they say they are following high quality procedures and taking extra effort to improve production output ( get more machines ) but in reality before their customers comes in for a audit the management team scrambles to come and tell everyone to follow proper procedures while the audit is on site but go back to improper procedures when they are gone. Two face to the max.

Pros

Lots of interesting high-tech projects, with unique requirements for each of them. Stable work environment with a long history.

Cons

Seem to be constantly reacting to issues, rather than proactively improving business processes. Forced normalization of salaries means someone is always going to feel like they are getting the shaft.
