      Extremely rude, unintelligent and behind in the times. Don’t work here unless you want to be torn down. They offer attorneys free lunches every day (even if not for business), large raises, and 6% 401k matching benefits whilst treating all other employees like criminals and outsiders and giving them a measly 200 dollars per year in their 401k (after your first year). Attorneys will make you feel uncomfortable and make it clear that you are disposable. There are so many incredible and technologically advanced firms in the area DO NOT WORK HERE.

      Free Parking, provide all equipment needed without question, great IT staff.

      Cons

      SO many things, stressful, make you feel like a loser, mean rude attorneys and it's always your fault! Management is top heavy, one in particular is very toxic. Extremely large workloads, inconsistent processes. If you value your sanity and health do not work here.

      Strong company and office building structure and processes.

      Cons

      Little to no training, emphasis on lower level/cheaper employees taking on more from higher level/expensive staff from a company and client cost perspective. Poor culture. Felt guilty actually taking a lunch or leaving on time. Too high of expectations for average salary.
