Pros

- Location on Plaza is wonderful - Pay is good starting out

Cons

- benefits are exponentially higher once you add dependent - expect hourly employees to work overtime, then gets mad when the log overtime - poor management for support staff - little career advancement opportunities if not an attorney. Pay raises and promotions are nonexistent.

Pros

Partners and attorneys are great people Good HSA contribution

Cons

Workload was horrendous and not balanced at all. Management did not advocate for their employees. Compensation was below industry standard and raises were promised at certain amounts and were not honored.

Pros

Polsinelli is full of incredibly talented, smart and committed attorneys. The firm provides incredible resources to support attorneys.

Cons

While not universally true, many of the firm’s attorneys (esp. some in the “old guard”) are paternalistic, territorial and, while giving lip service to change, really want to protect their books of business (and, therefore, compensation) at the expense of developing the next generation of firm leaders
