      It's big law. You're trading 60-70 hours a week of your life for cash. But it's a lot of cash.

      Large firm with lots of growth opportunities

      It’s a large firm, so there’s plenty of opportunity to grow in your career: vertically AND horizontally. I’ve only been with the firm for 3 years but I’m already leaps and bounds ahead others who graduated law school the same year as me. There’s endless opportunity at Polsinelli to expand your skillset, and your pay reflects the value you bring to the firm.

      Cons

      Communication could be better. I’ve noticed that sometimes my emails go unread by my colleagues, and it gets frustrating when they’re vital to the case I’m working on.
