      When I was conducting my job search I had VERY high standards for what I was looking for. I wanted to work for a firm that: Genuinely cared about its employees Actively created opportunities for growth Treated its support staff well Didn’t engage in discrimination of any sort Had a professional, respectful environment Offered a competitive salary for the market While I narrowed it down to three firms in the area, in the end Polsinelli won out because it was the only firm I found that checked every box on my list. After being here for over a year now, I can confidently say I made the right decision.

      Cons

      The workload is intense. But that would be true of any legal practice. It just comes with the territory.
