This is the worst firm culture ever. Attorneys are liars, bullies, and rude. It's allowed. HR is an absolute joke. It exists to protect this horrible culture. People are rewarded for being in the circle. Office managers do absolutely nothing but go along with everything just to get ahead. Heck, they don't know much of anything and hope you'll figure it by going to other people. It is pitiful seeing these inept people getting promoted by doing nothing but kissing the butt of certain people at this firm. The amount of work is unreal, the bonuses are a joke and so are all the benefits. Avoid this firm. It is inappropriate. It breaks all rules of separating religion from work. The DEI stuff is only geared towards LGBT really. I bet it only exists to cover up the very questionable actions of leadership and some managers. This firm tries to pride itself on still having a small firm culture. S It is a small minded firm with leadership who lead with fear and respects no one ,but a few attorneys who have horrible personalities. I see they just move people to other departments if they like them too....doesn't matter if they have bad attitudes, can't or won't learn, or even have horrible work habits. Did I mention HR is a lawsuit waiting to happen? But, you'll go far if you fit the group they are supporting in the moment.
