Pros

Polsinelli is nothing like what I expected it would be. I can’t even remember how many stereotypes I had coming into this and everything I thought it would be like, but the firm surprised me in the best ways. The team here is very sociable and friendly. The energy isn’t stuffy or boring at all. Actually, it’s very upbeat and exciting most days. The attorneys have some of the best attitudes of anyone I’ve ever met and it makes coming into work each day a real pleasure. Whatever you think it would be like working at a law firm, I’m here to tell you this is 1000 times better than whatever you’re picturing.

Cons

It gets cold in the office, especially if you’re someone who gets cold easily. Even on summer days I have to bring a jacket into work or I’ll be freezing.

Pros

I think this firm has a lot of untapped potential that we’ve yet to discover. It’s hard work but not that hard. I’d say it’s fairly laid back for a law firm, but then again this was the first firm I ever worked for, so I didn’t have much to compare it to. That said, I recommend Polisnelli without hesitation. Stay away if you’re just looking for a job. This is where you come if you’re hunting for a career.

Cons

I don’t have any cons. I left the firm on a good note.

Pros

They give you full reign over your own success. Not only do they give you the tools you need to succeed at your job, but they will fully support you as well. Resources are readily available to help you succeed at your job. Don’t be afraid to ask because people are positioned to help you, but no one will reach out to you unless you reach out to them first.

Cons

We haven’t been around as long as other law firms have and must hard to acquire clientele.
