Pros

When I was conducting my job search I had VERY high standards for what I was looking for. I wanted to work for a firm that: Genuinely cared about its employees Actively created opportunities for growth Treated its support staff well Didn’t engage in discrimination of any sort Had a professional, respectful environment Offered a competitive salary for the market While I narrowed it down to three firms in the area, in the end Polsinelli won out because it was the only firm I found that checked every box on my list. After being here for over a year now, I can confidently say I made the right decision.

Cons

The workload is intense. But that would be true of any legal practice. It just comes with the territory.

If I could honestly think of something to write here I would but I can't think of a positive. The CEO is a poser and the department heads are thieves and evil.

Cons

Management is disorganized and terrible and did I mention cruel and evil. The new CEO is remarkably poor.

The office location is very nice. Gives me pride personally to work for a firm that takes pride in providing their staff with a safe, clean and modern work environment to work in. The staff are equally pleasant to work with. The atmosphere is pleasant to say the very least. You will have all the supplies you’ll need to do your job to the best of your ability.

Cons

Operated like a big corporation. Very streamlined. They have no patience for non-conformity.
