An organizational disaster. Impossible workload with expectations of tons of overtime. Very poor communication and zero meaningful training. Hostile environment unchecked by management.

I worked here for a little more than 2 years and I have nothing but good things to say. I had my ups and downs but it’s no worse than what you would expect from the growing pains of progressing up the ladder towards success. Suffice it to say I learned a lot and had several doors open up to me.

Cons

The hours can be brutal but that goes for pretty much any law firm.
