Benefits, vacation, culture, work load, people, professional development. Can't see myself switching companies. Great work life balance plus provide free fruit.

Cons

I do not have one complaint about Polsinelli. It has been a great experience working here. Management is committed to their employees.

Pros

I'm support staff and as such, I'm used to client-facing professionals being arrogant jerks. I've been here over a year and I'm really impressed by how nice and supportive the attorneys are. I'm sure they're out there, but I haven't met them yet.

Cons

I miss the community culture of my previous employer of 10 years. There was a lot of involvement in local charities, including a day of service once a year. There were also a lot of interesting internal events. Not so much here. But if that's the worst complaint I have, that's pretty good.

Pros

It was a very pleasant culture in which to work. The people generally were very friendly and nice in the satellite office in which I worked. The tended to be very supportive of efforts to integrate new attorneys into their practice groups across all offices.

Cons

Too often it appeared that hiring decisions were about head count. Quantity over quality without regard to whether a new lawyer was filling a need in some capacity. There were more substandard lawyers in that firm than any other I have been associated with. Many siloed practices. Partners sabotaged business generation efforts of other partners.
