“DO NOT GO THERE UNLESS DESPERATE FOR A JOB!!!” So glad you saved your sanity and only spent 1 year at this place. This is the worst firm and management downtown. They continue to abuse and use their tactics to build their empire. I walked out after 10+ years. I saw unethical practices that I can’t post because they won’t publish this. I had to chuckle when I saw the comment about Christmas gift. One of the attorneys was named the regifter and I received a regifted gift basket with items missing torn from the cellophane. I also received a cookie tin with sleeves of cookies missing that she received from a bank client with their logo on it. Many, many demeaning practices at this firm. Not everyone is treated the same. They have an “A” team that are their snitches and set up cruel practices. But you will do all the work.

Poor management. Keep getting rid of mature talent. All about bottom line ;making money. Spending money on improving morale with crap training. REALLY look at HR dept. that is how morale will improve.
