Remote work; an understanding and professional office manager; nice office; decent benefits

Cons

No career advancement as promised; no recognition for hard work; firm politics - it is who you know that will contribute to your success; poor management; uncaring higher ups that are only concerned about their own success. I would highly NOT recommend this firm unless you want to be a complacent employee and not have opportunities for growth. Some partners do not deserve to work there. How shameful!

Good pay and benefits, nice building to work in with neat perks.

Cons

Unobtainable expectations with hardly any training. Position is allegedly a constant revolving door of people because of this and office politics. Expect perfection out the gate for an "entry level" position yet will tell you not to be afraid to ask questions and insist they're here for you, only to be constantly told you're not good enough.
