HR is a nightmare to put it lightly, they’re driven entirely by ego and control. Any threat to HR will be eliminated at whatever cost, if you don’t agree with everything they say you will be a target. HR is who really runs this company, the owner eats out of
their hand like a baby bird. no regard or care for what’s best for the company, no ability to change because the powers that be (sales execs and HR) won’t risk the stranglehold they hold over the company, it’s a mess, they look out for themselves at all times - those in power are egotistical and narcissistic to a degree I’ve never seen. This company operates with unbelievable stupidity, the original owner is no longer in control and has given his kids the reign, had he still run the show it would be a better place to work. Departments don’t work together, employees at every level are backstabbing and spying on each other m. Politics take so much time and effort away from making any real changes. This is a toxic environment in every sense of the word. THE GOOD REVIEWS ON HERE ARE ALMOST ENTIRELY FAKE & WRITTEN BY HR. It’s obvious when they’re cons are so fluffy. run while you can, HR and sales execs will come after you if you try to do anything that they don’t like or takes the spotlight away from them. Expected to work 12 hour days for salaried positions, no work life balance. Good luck if you have a family , kiss them goodbye. And lastly, you will be spied on by big brother at all times.
