Micromanagement from executives; everything has to go through an approval process it seems like Health insurance costs are high although they are good benefits

Pros

Working on some project was interesting at times. Few people genuinely love the place and trying to do the best for the company.

Cons

Company is build on deception and betrayal. Key stakeholders are embezzled money from the same people who helped them to acquire the company. Sole purpose of existence is to make three people rich at the expense of everyone and everything. Physical environment is dangerous. A lot of expired chemicals in the warehouse without proper storage. Everyone is spying on each other. There is absolutely no planning for any projects. Extremely high turnover.

Pros

You get one nice person for every 15-20 people working there. The main campus employees between 100-150 people so do the math.

Cons

Where do I begin? I could write a novel right now. Upper management is terrible. They have all these pipe dreams to become a fortune 500 company but don't want to invest a single dollar into the company. There is NO business plan, NO structure, NO advancement. Good work is not rewarded. There's a sense of looming eyes on you at all times. The HR department behaves unprofessionally and is very condescending. We receive condescending emails on the reg. I've often wondered who do I go to when I need to report the HR person to HR? The answer is keep your head down and your mouth shut if you want to keep your job. The place is a revolving door. One day someone is working there and the next thing you know they will be gone. Sometimes a departure is acknowledged to the employees with an email but in most cases it's a hush hush type situation where everyone is whispering and speculating what happened amongst themselves. Not good for employee morale. And that is just the tip of the iceberg.
