Thank you for your feedback. We appreciated hearing that you enjoyed the work and felt supported by supervisors. We understand that this work can be challenging and we encourage BHTs to use the numerous resources that we offer in order to assist with preventing burnout. We also understand that client cancellations can be frustrating. We attempt to provide subbing and training opportunities, when possible, to try to supplement. We believe that our rates are comparable for the BHT position in comparison to other providers. The BHT position does not require a Bachelor's degree, but it is certainly helpful!
