Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We are glad you find the BC/MT position rewarding, despite the challenges often associated with behavioral health roles. We want to ensure all clinicians are equipped to manage stressful caseloads and can lean on supervisors when needed. Thanks again

Thank you for your feedback. We appreciated hearing that you enjoyed the work and felt supported by supervisors. We understand that this work can be challenging and we encourage BHTs to use the numerous resources that we offer in order to assist with preventing burnout. We also understand that client cancellations can be frustrating. We attempt to provide subbing and training opportunities, when possible, to try to supplement. We believe that our rates are comparable for the BHT position in comparison to other providers. The BHT position does not require a Bachelor's degree, but it is certainly helpful! Thank you again for sharing your perspective. Your input is valued and plays an important role in helping us grow and improve as an organization.

We’re glad to hear that you value the work-life balance and the flexibility to largely set your own schedule—these are important aspects of our workplace culture. We appreciate your candid input regarding compensation for no-show and late cancellation appointments. This is an important and complex issue, and your feedback helps inform ongoing discussions about how we can best support our clinicians while balancing operational considerations. Thank you again for your insights and for the work you do to support our consumers and our team.
