Thank you for the feedback. We are happy to hear that you are enjoying your role as a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT). We introduced Without Worry (WOW) Time to help offset the impact of consumer related cancellations for full-time BHT's, ensuring they would still be compensated for some of the lost service time. We hope you have been able to take advantage of this additional benefit. We also encourage BHT's to address consumer attendance issues with their supervisors and lead clinicians so that caregivers can be reminded about expectations and treatment concerns in order to improve compliance. We appreciate you taking the time to leave us a review. Thanks

Pros

Gave you a gift card for Christmas

Cons

You are hardly trained for your job. Managers are clueless and play favorites. No parking at Harrisburg office. Building is moldy and smells. You will not be reimbursed for parking. You are required to use your own phone to make calls to clients. Pay is incredibly low, you could make more money working at Target. Insurance plans are incredibly expensive in comparison to what you make. You are expected to pay for your clearances and background checks to start the job which are very expensive compared to what you make. Very little support was provided for TSS workers. There is no room for advancement.

Thank you for the review. We are disappointed to hear about your personal experience as a TSS. This position is a challenging but rewarding one, and requires initiative. All employees are required to submit or complete new clearances to work at our company, as expected in this industry. Every month, advancement opportunities are highlighted in the TW Post, the company newsletter, encouraging employees to apply within. We have shared your feedback with the management team. Thank you

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We appreciate your dedication to consumers and are pleased to hear that you have enjoyed the many opportunities available to you as a TWP employee. We are excited to share with you that we are in the process of selecting an Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems provider and will share more information with employees as it becomes available. Thanks again
