I love working here and feel so at peace with management and how everything flows here. The pros include flexible work schedule, autonomy, awesome clinician training, supervision, etc

Cons

Inconsistent pay due to client cancellations, since you are on your own a lot there's not always someone there to answer questions. A lot of things will be trial and error.

Pros

Flexible hours. Some people are nice. Upper level staff not so much.

Cons

Places are filthy. No toliet tissue in the bathrooms. Stains on carpets. Front entrance filthy. Bugs. They had an amazing cleaning service but left them go two years ago.

We are always looking for ways to improve our locations in order to make our employees and clients feel welcomed and comfortable, and we appreciate the feedback. In regards to benefits, employees after eligible to receive benefits after 90 days of full-time employment, which includes Health Insurance, Dental and Vision Coverage, Voluntary Benefits, paid time off, and paid holidays. Part-time employees are also eligible to enroll in Dental, Vision, and Voluntary Benefit plans, after 90 days of part-time employment, working a minimum of 15 hours/per week. In addition, employees have access to the discounts provided in the Employee Perks Reward Program, which includes tuition discounts to local Universities.
