Pros

Clinicians, Doctor, as some clients are wonderful. 2 scrub outfits provided.

Cons

Horrible pay, terrible benefits, outdated software that constantly doesn’t work, paper files consistently missing being passed from location to location, no on-site security for when clients get out of control, no chance to move up unless you travel to corporate and for most people in other locations that is not an option, 1 day only training that prepares you for nothing, upper management could careless, facilities are filthy and outdated, complete and total chaos trying to find a responsible manager to report to when issues occur,

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, although we were disappointed to hear about some of your experiences. Our compensation is competitive in comparison to parallel positions by similar companies. We are able to offer part-time (Min. 15hrs/per week) & full-time employees benefits, including Health Insurance, Dental and Vision Coverage, Voluntary Benefits, paid time off, and paid holidays, along with local retail discounts through our Perks Program, including College tuition discounts, and those are things that comparable companies do not always offer. While healthcare premiums may seem difficult for some to manage, we do our best to offer multiple plans to fit different needs; as well contribute to a portion of the employee's cost. All employees go through a training program, and the length is based on the complexity of the position, in addition, on-going training is made available by department supervisors. We appreciate you taking the time to leave us a review and we have shared your concerns with the management team.
