Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We are pleased to hear of your appreciation for the training opportunities provided each month, as well as the supervision for licensure, provided at no additional cost to the clinicians who are interested. Each month an email is sent to all employees, promoting the advancement opportunities available throughout the company, and although some positions do require additional education, our hope is that by supporting the professional development of employees and by offering tuition discounts to select schools, they are able to grow with us. The work that is done in this field is not always easy, but you are making a difference in our clients lives, and for that we thank you. We appreciate the feedback and have shared it with the management team. Thank you

Pros

TW Ponessa has flexible staff and management. They are understanding and flexible with the staff.

Cons

When working as a TSS, your hours can be long, late, and inconsistent. You could see a client till as late as 8pm and/or your client could cancel on you and you lose hours/pay.

We appreciate your feedback and we are sorry to hear that your employment experience with us did not satisfy your expectations. We set a high standard for ourselves and we are truly sorry to hear that standard was not met in your interaction with our organization. You mentioned that we lack professionalism and do not value our employees and clients. This is very unfortunate to hear, as we continually strive to foster a professional, and supportive work environment that values our dedicated and compassionate staff. We truly appreciate all of staff member’s hard work and tireless efforts to help our clients on a daily basis. Our organization would not be able to provide the high quality mental health services that we expect to deliver without our exceptional staff. In regards to this effort, our administrative team routinely reviews and updates our company’s policy & protocols, taking into consideration feedback from our staff & clients, to ensure we are maintaining the highest standards in our delivery of services. Regarding your recommendation to offer better benefits, as a company we persistently seek to offer the most competitive benefit package to our employees. For instance, this year TWP incurred the rising cost of health insurance to avoid passing on the additional cost to our employees. This will allow our employees to keep their current health plan at no change in cost when compared to the prior year. Again, we are saddened to hear of some of your experiences with us and we thank you for your feedback. We genuinely care about your opinion and we are committed to doing more to ensure that all of our employees and clients feel valued and appreciated!
