Thank you for the review. We are pleased to hear that you've enjoyed a flexible position with many training opportunities. The feedback you have shared regarding initial training's and supervision for licensure is helpful and we have shared it with the administration team. Thanks again!

Pros

Co-workers were nice, I enjoyed working with the children

Cons

Pay rate is very low considering a bachelor's degree is required. Benefits package is insanely expensive in comparison to the pay. Management is very unprofessional and immature. There is a tiny parking lot in the middle of Harrisburg that holds about 10 cars for employees to park in. The rest of the parking nearby is all permit parking for state workers or people who live in the surrounding neighborhoods or metered parking. It's ridiculous because you can't even find a place to park for your required weekly meetings at the office. Employees have to pay for their clearances which is actually a fairly expensive proposition considering clearances are required for work.

Thank you for the review. We were disappointed to hear that we have not met your expectations. We strive to provide competitive wages for the role and introduced WOW Time to support consistent pay for TSS's when a client cancels. We have shared your feedback with the team and appreciate you taking the time to leave a review. Thank you
