-Lower pay with difficult ability to increase hourly wage -No real room for growth -Driving constantly even in terrible weather to clients -Some difficult clients on caseload

We are pleased to hear of your appreciation for the training opportunities provided each month, as well as the supervision for licensure, provided at no additional cost to the clinicians who are interested. Each month an email is sent to all employees, promoting the advancement opportunities available throughout the company, and although some positions do require additional education, our hope is that by supporting the professional development of employees and by offering tuition discounts to select schools, they are able to grow with us.
