We value and consider all feedback and we will continue to find ways to improve, but we want to address a couple of your specific concerns. We offer Voluntary Benefits to all full-time and part-time employees who work more than 15 hours a week, these include; Short Term Disability, Life Insurance, Accident Insurance, Bridge or Hospital Confinement Insurance, and Long-Term Disability Insurance. We also offer Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Paid Holidays to full-time employees, after 90 days of employment. Wages and salaries are structured around educational level, licensure, and years of experience. This helps ensure that pay levels for our departments are competitive externally, and equitable internally.
