Thank you for your feedback and we are sorry that your employment didn't work out for you. Our administration prioritizes ongoing research and assessment in regards to comparable rates in the field and specifically in IBHS. Rates are dictated by the Managed Care Companies; while Ponessa Behavioral Health strives to offer compensation that is fair and equitable to job responsibilities. Furthermore, in the past 5 years, we have implemented several cost of living and IBHS specific rate increases, which resulted in substantial income increases for our staff.

Pros

The school I work with is really nice and helpful. BC and my supervisor are always available to contact if I need.

Cons

Not specifically a Ponessa thing - but my school has a different behavior plan and different interventions which makes my job slightly harder.
