Second time working for Ponessa. Love the staff that I work with and flexibility with managing my caseload to fit my and my consumers’ schedules. First time working with an electronic system as well for my notes, feedback and other forms that has made the process run smoothly. My supervisor is awesome and everyone has been very supportive in guiding me to help me adjust to my new work environment. Highly recommend working for the Cumberland/ Perry office for any incoming BC/ MTs and BHTs!

Cons

Wish pay was more for note- taking and documentation.
