-competitive salary/benefits -awesome work life balance (9am-5pm for a lot of teams) -great communication between leadership and employees. there are monthly all-hands to ensure all teams are on the same page -individual teams host their own celebrations & team outings so generally employees are in good spirits -healthy catered snacks & lunch -a ton of company celebrations! -employees are extremely passionate about the Poshmark mission -honestly my favorite company I’ve worked for thus far!

Cons

-just getting fat over here because the food/snacks are so delicious
