Pros

The management puts people before business. I never felt like I am working because I get to work on my own phase and have full freedom on what I work. The management is people oriented and very concerned about their employees. Glad I am a part of this amazing company (I would rather call it family).

Cons

I think there are no cons as the senior management are all ears for our concerns and get them fixed as per their capability. I really did not find any cons yet!

I see Poshmark with lot of opportunities to learn and grow with great minds. People are there around you all the time to lend hands whenever you are stuck. You are granted with lot of freedom to experiment, this gives benefits of keeping yourself updated and also helps you grow to know your full potential.

Pros

Poshmark is an extremely supportive environment. I don’t think I have ever worked in a place where everyone’s morale is high and wants you to succeed. Regardless of what position you’re in, everyone is willing to help. The office is full of innovative minds that one way or another contribute to the apps success. With a start-up feel but knowing how successful the app is solidifies the hard work everyone is putting in. Everyone is an equal. Manish, the CEO, is also very motivating and humble. Your peers become family and you look forward to coming in everyday!

Cons

I have not experienced any “cons” yet regarding the company itself but will update once any arise during my time there.
