Food, booze here and there and casual dress

Cons

• They overwork without overtime • they kiss up to their users even if the user is bullying or doing something illegal. Depending on their user score, they will always favor the person that spends the most money regardless of ethics • lack of professionalism • only growth in senior management, • mostly women = cliques • majority of the associate start at the same base pay at a measly 40k annually it goes up in incriments of 5k • I think the company will plateau soon. The company is reactive not proactive • management is oblivious as to what's going at times

Pros

People are very friendly. The office environment is not very corporate. More women work here than any other company I've seen at this size.

Cons

Disorganized processes. Progress seems slow-moving and focussed on small details rather than big picture changes. Little team structure makes advancement not meaningful.

The philosophy at the company is all about love and you really feel it in every area of the work you do here. Individuality is celebrated and working alongside such a smart team of innovators is inspiring.

Cons

The company is growing very fast and there is opportunity to level up in every department. It can be challenging at times but also very exciting if you're looking to grow. Also, if you love to shop - beware!
