Pros

- Open and collaborative environment - Your career path is what you put into it: if you work hard, managers and execs will invest in you to continue to grow and develop - Awesome company culture- everyone is friendly and supportive of each other both inside and outside the office - Opportunity to work at a rapidly growing company and have influence/contribution to the growth and future direction - Full benefits

Cons

- The company is still relatively young and there are growing pains that happen naturally. That's just startup life.

Pros

-Nice co-workers -Comfortable office space -Location right off the highway -Free lunch every day

Cons

-The company does very little for employee growth. They believe a new job title equates to employee growth. -The company is led by a CEO who does not trust his employees to do their job. It's very hard to advance in the company unless you are a young woman who dresses like she is going out in Vegas. -leadership on most levels is lacking as they do not have the courage to stand up to the CEO -Employee perks are very superficial mainly Happy Hours. Not much is done long term like 401(k) matching or maternity/paternity leave.
