Cons

Not good compensation. WLB is not great many times. Some weeks are stressful. Manager don’t have leadership skills.

- Wonderful, collaborative, lovable coworkers - Clear company goals and good trajectory in terms of growth - Smart and thoughtful leaders - Beautiful office, thoughtful and flexible policies - Very fair pay, solid rooms for career growth

Cons

The only frustrations I encountered while working at Poshmark were related to unnecessary priority shifting and some questionable decision-making stemming from groupthink and confirmation bias rather than evidence. Leaders can also micromanage a bit too much and don't always have expertise in the area that they are micromanaging. This can lead to employees lacking agency in their work if they are asked to frequently go along with decisions that they don't agree with.
