Pros

Poshmark is an amazing company full of incredibly talented, driven and kind people. I show up to work every day and feel comfortable being myself, I do meaningful work that contributes to something bigger than me and make pretty solid money doing it! I feel supported by my manager, connected to my team and encouraged by the success and career growth I've experienced in a pretty short window of time. I've referred family and a few of my best friends to work here - that's how good things are!

Cons

The company has recently grown very rapidly, so process is trying to catch up to progress.... some people are a bit stuck in their old ways, but they are willing to evolve if you can prove with info/data/success

Pros

- Good emphasis on professional growth. Senior management is approachable and nice. Open communication is encouraged. - Fast moving and exciting projects always happening. - Culture is supportive and friendly. Free snacks, lunches, happy hours, and mini celebrations a plus. The “Posh 15” is real

Cons

- It’s a lean company, and everyone’s resources are limited. You have to be pushy if you need to have another team’s support/resources. - work life balance is what you make it. Often needed to be available after hours and weekends. This depends on the person, I didn’t mind it.
